1. Rent: Due and payable in advance

2. All Units must be self contained with sewer hose kept off the ground and in good condition.

3. Guests must keep tow vehicles and other items on the side of your RV in order not to block access to other sites or roadways.

4. Cab over campers must remain on the truck at all times.

5. No Tents allowed

6. No sleeping outside of an RV

7. No generators at any time

8. Quiet time is 10p.m.-8a.m. daily

9. Local ordinances prohibit open fires, charcoal or gas grills only, no firepits.

10. Speed limit is 5 mph at all times.

11. Not responsible for customer hookups.

12. Parents are responsible for the control and behavior of there children. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

13. Guests are responsible for their pets and must be kept on a leash at all times. Clean up after your pet. Pets left outside the RV unattended may be removed by animal control.

14. Check-in is 1p.m.

15. Check-out is 11a.m.

16. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly as determined by management. Bag and tie your trash and use our containers. Storage of anything beneath, behind, or on the outside of an RV is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to boxes, trunks, wood, pipe, bottles, tools, etc. Failure to maintain your site in compliance with the parks policies will result in being asked to leave.

17. Salt River Village shall not be liable for: any damage or injury to person or property caused by acts of god including without limitation wind, rain, or other weather conditions and for any other occurrences which are beyond Salt River Village reasonable control.

18. Do not wash vehicles or RV's in the park.
